RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
Each of the cards that I sell are handmade with care and take significant time to produce. Customized cards cannot be returned or cancelled. Because of this, all sales are final and there are no returns or cancellations unless the card was damaged as a result of shipping. If the card arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged card.
Shipping Info
Flat cards are packaged in a clear sleeve with an envelope and are shipped in a rigid mailer. The basic shipping rate for flat cards is $5.00. Orders of $30 or more will ship for free.
Cards with 3D flowers and elements are packaged in a gift box and shipped in a 9” x 6” corrugated cardboard box. The basic shipping rate for these cards is $6.50. Orders of $50.00 or more will ship for free.
